Hi lovely, you need to contact Savannah Getaways to rent this property. Their number is 866-690-2047.
As for the need for a car, unless you plan on traveling out of the Savannah historic district you shouldn't need one. This rental is located within walking distance of Bay Street, River Street and all the historic district. It is on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood.

Is this property available for 8/31/07-9/5/07? What is the rate for 5 days? Good location for touring? Will we need a car? Deposit?
