Quantum Tour is proud to bring to you, historic locations on Daufuskie Island South Carolina. This beautiful Island is slowly being taken over by developers. Early settlers were slaves from the Gullah heritage. Steps are being taken to protect areas of the island that have historic significance. Many of the Gullah heritage were buried near the water as they felt spirits moved across the water. With numerous gated communities being built legislation is underway to allow family members of long time residents to have access to graves that now lie within the gated communities. This type of agreement has already been made for others who have family members buried within gated communities such as The Henry Ford Plantation in Richmond Hill Georgia.
As always Quantum Tour strives to capture and record disappearing historic areas to preserve them in panoramic scenes for future reference.
